SONG PICK: Hydra Lerna – HYDRA
Our Song Pick of the Day comes from a London musician who took on the identity of a multi-headed monster from the Greek mythology : Hydra Lerna . Her first song (under this name) is also called “Hydra” and the catchy synth line with her bright, innocent vocals are deceiving: “I’ve got poison”, she threatens her adversary. “It’s about how it never matters how strong people are – a sharp tongue and poisonous words are much more effective when taking someone down.” Hydra explains and this is especially true, since words started to travel and multiply at the speed of light.
