Ahead of the duo’s EP they offer “As If”, which is pure jangly guitar heaven! The glorious “As If” appeals not just to fans of surf rock inspired indie pop. Lyrically, the track tackles the desire and/or necessity to distance yourself from someone you love, yet with a melody so irresistible and bright, and vocals so soothing this does not really sound like a huge problem.
