SONG PICK: Julia Jacklin – Body (VIDEO)
There is not much to add to this new song “Body” by Australian singer/songwriter Julia Jacklin as she tells a story about the twists and turns life can take. Almost whispered and set to simple musical backdrop, she calls it a “very long and exaggerated sigh”, but you may see your own thoughts reflected in her words. Not less gripping is the video, a melancholic mini road movie, which was filmed on a 14 hours car ride through the countryside.
