Official glamglare SXSW 2019 Showcase
The reward for going through months of preparations to book a showcase at SXSW is that you can see your favorite acts in one place instead of having to squeeze yourself from venue to venue through the crowds on Sixth Street. If you are in Austin (with SXSW credentials) we invite you to spend the night with us at the swanky The Townsend because this is indeed a fabulous lineup.
We are especially proud of the diversity this year. Four out of six acts flew over from three countries in Europe and four are lead by female singer/songwriters. You can read about all of the musicians here on glamglare (be sure to check out Alice’s video playlist of South African music).
Expect an evening of beautifully crafted indie pop and rock and be ready to be swept away. Hope to see you – please say ‘hi’ when you are there.
