Dramatic orchestral or cutting edge electronic music – our Song Pick of the Day “Ribcage” is both. The U.K. three-piece Snow Ghosts used an array of old and new instruments to create a soundscape that connects ancient and modern times like the eternal cycle of death and the grief of the survivors. That is the overarching theme of the excellent third album “A Quiet Ritual” (Apple Music | Spotify), which was recorded over two years in the country side.
