SONG PICK: Berne – Heat
Berne is a London-based duo originally from Malta who put the declining health of the planet front and center of their music. But don’t think of quiet acoustic singer/songwriter fare, Berne does big, haunting pop songs, like their latest single “Heat,” which paints a dire picture of climate change. But it is never too late to take action and change the way how you do things as Berne did with their new website, which is powered entirely by renewable energy sources.

Our debut EP is a reflection of what keeps us up at night. It comes at a time when humans need to work together towards common goals more than ever. We really believe that small changes will collectively make a big impact and that is the common thread in all the songs.
