Cade Hoppe – Only Human
New York-based indie-pop artist Cade Hoppe dropped the final single from his upcoming EP Just Look At The Moon, scheduled for Fall this year. Like the previous tracks, “Only Human” gives room to Cade’s soft and ultra-appealing vocals, all embedded in a harmonious, enchanting melody. For me, this has all that was exciting and good about Coldplay when they were just gaining popularity, and it’ll be exciting to see where Cade Hoppe goes with his sound.
“Only Human” was written and produced by Cade and co-produced by Harper James (Eighty Ninety, James Bay, Aaron Taos), with strings by Bobby Hawk. In essence, “Only Human” is an unapologetic love song about the importance of feeling heard, and Cade says:
“This song is about what it means to find someone who truly understands you, especially when you feel misunderstood by everyone else. It can make even the most complicated things feel simple.”
