Glassio – A Friend Like You (feat. Beauty Queen)
It’s been a while since we last heard something from Glassio, let alone having seen the fellow Queens resident live. Glassio is the musical project of Irish-Iranian songwriter-producer Sam R. Tinged, and this time, Sam teams up with Los Angeles-based dream-pop artist Beauty Queen for his new single “A Friend Like You.” The track delights with its playful, soothing vibe, complete with glockenspiel and all. When the song intensifies, the lyric piece “Cut the punch line, I never had a friend like you” changes ‘cut’ for the F-word, and hell yeah, why not? This friendship sounds like a lot of fun!
