Aloysius Bell – Wreckage

There are many falling-in-love and breakup songs, but “Wreckage” is about a vital behavior to make a relationship last: fight out differences and then get together again. The Montreal-based singer/songwriter Annick Brémault, aka Aloysius Bell wraps her story in a chill, loungy track, so you can imagine that this scene takes place after the worst is already over.

Annick says:

“Sometimes you just don’t get along with your person and you have to vent. I guess I find it funny how we can become so petulant and childish in times of conflict with the people we love – in the moment you can be furious and the next day you can barely remember why.”
